Relaxation techniques are combined with labour progression understanding, hospital protocols, obstetric assistance and integral partner techniques.
If planning on spending the majority of 1st stage labor at home, the skills will be really applicable and show you how to use your funiture and space to feel comfortable and safe.
If you are planning some obstetric assistance the skills can be tailored to meet your needs to allow you to feel confident in your choices and relax for any medical procedures.
It is a win -win situation for you and your baby.
Classes can be
- one session of 2.5 hours $300
- two sessions of 2.5-3 hours each $680
- three sessions of 2.5 hours each. $700
